Account Director

As an account director, you will manage and lead a key relationship with one of the agency’s largest B2B accounts—a building products manufacturer—and will be instrumental in driving the account’s strategic direction, account management structure, cross-team dynamics, resourcing, annual marketing planning, success metrics, and KPIs. You will add new business through existing client relationships and establish a pipeline of net-new clients to uncover additional revenue opportunities. You will demonstrate strong leadership and fiscal responsibility, manage and delegate work when appropriate, and mentor team members while establishing strong internal and external relationships. You will be viewed by our client as a valued extension of their marketing team by delivering insightful, smart, and innovative marketing solutions that exceed expectations and drive measurable results.
